The business dashboard report presents a complete view of your e-commerce goals. For each goal you can view the successful and failed transactions, in value or in the number of goal transactions.
Webeyez has a few cool filters like error types and device.
To view the goal failure details click on a specific goal. Removing the success chart presents the date and time of failures. By clicking on the failed radio button you can view the device and browsers on which goals failure occurred. This way you can analyze if there is a specific problem with a browser or device.
To learn more about the actual reasons for the goal failures choose the “failure details”. Each error is presented on the chart so you can understand when it began or peaked. The table on the right side lists an aggregated view of each failure. Clicking on the recordings link directs you to the session recording report filtered by the specific error you chose.
